The “Beyond 5G” society requires real-time data processing between edge devices. The key is a small "atomic clock chip" that can synchronize time with high precision. Utilizing our proprietary microfabrication technology, we are manufacturing the vapor cell, the key component of atomic clock, like a semiconductor chip.

Unique Microfabrication Technology Realizes Low-cost Manufacturing Technology

We have realized highly efficient vapor cell manufacturing at the wafer level by decomposing alkali metal azides (RbN3, CsN3) using silicon pillars with multiple re-entrant structures. The advantage of being able to manufacture with standard semiconductor production equipment reduces initial costs and gives us an advantage in commercializing our microfabrication technology
